Pull out your calendar to save the date for the 8th Annual Sammy Wilkinson Memorial Golf Tournament and Jam for Sam Benefit in Ocean City, Maryland!

This year’s Sammy Wilkinson Memorial event will kick off at 10 a.m. with a shotgun start at the Ocean City Golf Club’s Newport Bay Course. During the tournament players will enjoy several exciting on-course games and activities in addition to complimentary food and drinks offered by some of Ocean City’s finest restaurants and bars, including Harborside Bar & Grill’s specialty “Orange Crush.“

The fun-filled day of golf will later conclude with its memorable Jam for Sam benefit which will take place at one of Ocean City’s most popular nightclubs and tourist attractions, Seacrets! The Jam for Sam fills the evening with raffle drawings and auction prizes, a special video show, amazing live music and a delicious buffet with some of Ocean City’s signature dishes!

NAYS Founder and CEO Fred Engh created the Sammy Wilkinson Memorial Foundation in 2004 in memory of his loving grandson, Sam Wilkinson, who passed away in a tragic accident in 2003. Sam had a love for sports and a passion to help others and today the foundation continues to work and raise funds to help provide donated sports equipment to under-privileged communities throughout the U.S. and worldwide looking to enhance the lives of youth through sport.
